Appearance: A bright blue faceted gemstone
Description: One of the ‘Five Tears of the Dragons’, sometimes known as the ‘Tears of Mela’. Associated with the qualities of Air, mental activities, memory, and perception of Essence flows. Often associated with purification of Essence; large sapphires are sometimes placed as centrepieces in ornate wind chimes at the doors of Immaculate temples.
