Peridot

Appearance: A stone with a sparkling pale green color.

Description: Also known as Olivine. This crystalline gem is often carried to the earth's surface by volcanoes. Peridot is believed to open up mental and emotional blocks, and to be a channeling stone. It's also thought to protect lungs, sinuses, and wrists from illness and injury.
