Peleps Yuroda

Peleps Kaizoku Yuroda is a Water-aspected Dragonblood of the Scarlet Dynasty, hailing from the Kaizoku branch of House Peleps. Officially she is a daughter of Peleps Kaizoku and Mnemon Kuvon, though most hold that she is in fact an adopted granschild born to one of their offspring who had undertaken an adventurous dalliance during their time on the Western Seas. Occasional rumours name Deliberative Senator Peleps Oiwa as her mother.
