Peleps Fanael

Peleps Fanael is a water-aspected Dragonblooded, serving as trierarch in the Imperial Navy and captain of the ship Bountiful Deliverance. He is the son of Peleps Danan and the elder brother of Peleps Dugrip.
Fanael seems to have a particular rivalry or hatred towards V'neef Tamsen and the vessel Waveswept Rose, which he holds to be guilty of piracy.
