Melodic Insight (disambiguation)

Melodic Insight is an Immaculate monastic name, drawn from the words of the Immaculate of Wood Sextes Jylis, as he praised the musical talents of the Immaculate of Air Mela. It has been adopted by a number of monks through the course of Immaculate history.

--- Melodic Insight Heresy : A divergent interpretation of Immaculate theology, which rejects reliance on the Immaculate Texts to seek enlightenment, instead embracing pilgrimage and musical skill.

--- Komuso : An Immaculate monk during the Shogunate Era, who emerged as a rival to the growing authority of the Mouth of Peace and whose teachings laid the foundations of the Melodic Insight Heresy.

--- Melodic Insight : Numerous monks from the Shogunate Era. Rejecting the practice of choosing unique names from the Texts, practitioners of the Melodic Insight Heresy instead abandoned all individual names and instead shared that of the Heresy's founder.
