The Mantle of the Irrepressible Propagandist is a suit of orichalcum Celestial battle armour constructed in ancient times, first seen girding the Orichalcum Caste artificer Shining Righteous Way, a Champion of Claslat’s early centuries, though its unusual name may speak to other origins. It has served several of Claslat’s Champions in the years since, remembered in several murals across the nation when it was worn by Jade Caste Champion Prompt Efficient Labor bringing calm to a restless Populat at the time Claslat first began adopting use of the glot.

The Mantle is forged primarily of golden Orichalcum, polished plates placed to maximize protection while allowing free movement. The suit features imagery of clockwork dragons circling arms, legs, and back, with the chestpiece having three hearthstone sockets in a vertical column, decorated with esoteric imagery, beneath a gorget whose voice projector is encircled halfway by a cog and halfway by some ancient and now-forgotten grain plant. The suit features a number of standard battle armour systems, but no inbuilt weapons aside from reinforcement to the wearer’s arms and legs: instead, it focuses its not-insignificant power on protection and communication. The armour protects the wearer from harm while she calms angry crowds or cows attacking armies.

The Mantle was granted to Vigorous March of Progress by the Tripartite of Claslat when it was decided he would embark on Project Razor, as the armour seemed well-suited to that Champion’s capabilities despite the disconnect of magical materials.

--- Interaction Engine : From a Core Refinery in the city of Shray in Chaslat, constructed in the form of an amphitheater with excellent acoustics. It has long been linked with the Mantle of the Irrepressible Propagandist, serving as power source and supplement to the wearer’s oratory.

--- Transtensile Tubing : This Tubing comes from a Core Refinery built into the outer walls of Kur, whose solid structure provides a fortified redoubt from which artillery can rain down upon encroaching attackers.
