An ornate comb of Moonsilver, worked with scenes of flowers and beasts gathered about a central pond, its handle a crescent moon nestled amidst the tree branches. These artifacts are treasured by the wealthy scions of the Scarlet Dynasty and Threshold nobility, as well as by professional performers, spies, and cosmeticians.
When attuned and drawn through the hair of a living being, the wielder may evoke miraculous transformations, changing length, colour, and style. These changes remain for some time, fading back to the original forms and colours by the next phase of the moon, or if the artifact loses attunement with its bearer.
