Description: A text written by Mnemon Hammubiri, Satrap to the Varang City-States from RY 602 until his appointment to the Deliberative in RY 713, Life amongst the Varang is a commentary, complete with occasional illustrations, on the society and people who dwell in Varang and the surrounding area. The book contains detailed information on modes of dress, court customs, festivals, and the system of astrology used to administer the region, though the language is so condescending that any reader outside the Dynasty is likely to end up offended in some fashion.
