The bearer of this dusty, ivory sphere gains a special rapport with earth elementals. When she summons earth elementals, her spell or thaumaturgical ritual takes her only half as long and costs half as many motes of Essence (count every mote spent as two). The bearer also gains three dice for all rolls to influence earth elementals, including binding or banishing them. These benefits do not apply to gods of earth.
