Jade Peg

Jade Pegs are complex, sculpted cylinders of Jade, which were once used in the manufacture of Automata in the Golden Age, where they served as a form of memory and pattern storage. Their purpose and manufacture have been lost to Creation for centuries, with one exception known only to a few: the Realm Scavenger Lord Ragara Szaya, guessing at their potential, employed numerous jade pegs in the construction of the Gateway-playing mechanism Ice Mind.
