Goldcap Mushroom

Goldcap mushrooms are a type of fungi which are commonly found growing in piles of fresh animal dung. Goldcaps are native to the plains of the southeast Threshold, including Harborhead. They are easily identified by their bright gold-coloured caps, in the shape of near-perfect half-spheres.
They can be eaten fresh or dried, and dried Goldcaps can be used to brew a (rather foul) tea. They have a potent psychoactive effect.
