Flashing Kiss of Romance is an artifact whip forged of moonsilver. It is an ancient weapon of masterful construction, a razor-thin ribbon of moonsilver extending from an ornately decorated handle. The ribbon of Flashing Kiss is perhaps its most unusual and complex feature, capable of thinning and thickening different areas along its length in response to subtle finger movements on the handle, allowing it to be used both to cut and to entwine. The ribbon is also capable of delivering an excruciating burst of pure pain down its length.
The handle is carved in the form of an owl, squeezed tight by the hand that wields the weapon. On its feathers, a hundred tiny characters in Old Realm have been carefully etched.

Flashing Kiss of Romance is currently wielded by the Dynastic slavemaster Cynis Tiburon. His mastery of whipcraft and the weapon's malleable properties has allowed him to eschew branding and use only the whip to turn slaveflesh into canvas upon which he can create beautiful artworks.
