Cynis Wisel Seijika is a Senator of House Cynis' Deliberative caucus, and wife of 3rd Imperial Legion Dragonlord Sesus Denerid Gunjin. A consummate politician, Seijika is a regular presence at the galas of the Imperial City, enjoying Dynastic fineries while pushing the goals of her House and her own personal interests. Seijika is a daughter of Cynis Barat by Cynis Hurkon.

Seijika is known to have a particular regard for pomp, and it is rare to see her palanquin on the move without a flutist and escort provided from her husband's command. She has argued against those who see the various ceremonies of the Deliberative and wider Realm as without purpose, stating that they are vital to produce pride and respect. Though sparse in the years the Realm has faced the Administrative Question, in previous decades Seijika was a regular supporter of 'grand' projects such as manse construction or Imperial Legion armament with Warstriders or Dragon Armours.
