The City of Dead Flowers is a small realm along the southern border of An-Teng’s Shore Land.

The City of Dead Flowers is an ancient ruined city said to have been transformed into a Shadowland by a vile Anathema before it was slain by one of the Immaculate Dragons (Danaa’d is often named, and sometimes Mela). Modern geomancers who study An-Teng note that the River of Queens once flowed through this city, but was diverted by artificial means and its former course filled with salt sea mud.

The truth, lost to most in Creation, is that it was the site of a great battle during the Usurpation, which saw the city’s whole population slain and its canals and river courses filled with salty sea mud by the Dragonblooded victors to prevent the spread of ghosts.

Today it is a land of ghosts, entered only by the desperate and the foolhardy in search of buried treasures.
