Cathak Shuwei

Cathak Shuwei is a combat sorcerer, currently serving as a talonlord in the 1st Imperial Legion commanding the 1st Sorcerer Scale of their special operations talon under Cathak Ain. With some talent in artifice as well as sorcery, Shuwei sometimes takes charge of duties as sorcerer-engineer for the Legion's Warstrider talon, particularly when such duties involve his lover Sesus Ilyanka.

One of Cathak Cainan's extensive brood of grandchildren, Shuwei has the advantage of his grandfather's name which has buoyed his ascent through the ranks despite the Dynasty (and House Cathak particularly)'s distaste for sorcery... but that name also places a heavy weight of expectation upon his shoulders.
