It has been some time since we have spoken, perhaps for the better when your head is concerned… I imagine it was frustrating debating religion with a boy who would not accept any words as legitimate, even those of theological renown.

I find, as years pass, that my young resistance has left me with questions on matters of faith and the correct course for which answers do not come easily. Even in youth, you had a wisdom for such things, and your willingness to accept those others claimed should be outcast, to help guide our friends Tiir and Septimus when they found themselves unsteady, proves your viewpoint righteous.

You still dwell in the Imperial Palace, I presume? A welcome proximity. Will you be present late into this month of Descending Earth? Perhaps we can share meditation and discussion on old times and new roads.
