While many Immaculate Temples might question individual decisions or instructions from the Palace Sublime, or pay lip service while pursuing their own agendas, true Schismatic Sects of the Immaculate Order are temples or other offshoots which openly reject the authority of the Palace Sublime and the Mouth of Peace. Far more common amongst the sectarian and political feuding of the Shogunate Era, these have grown less numerous in the age following the Great Contagion.
