Blackmere Manor is a water-aspected manse at the eastern edge of the Wall District in the city of Chanos.
The Manor is located on a large estate, which might once have been surrounded by water gardens, but the pollution of the Chanos water table has in turn disrupted the essence flowing through the manor, and today the grounds are called ‘the Blackmere’, a swampy area of sinkholes and brackish ponds. A series of bridges connected by paths wind their way in to the Manor itself, and the difficulty of this journey serves as a form of defense.
Blackmere Manor is one of the four ancestral estates of House Ragara. It is currently under care of Ragara Genya Kuro.
