Bashar

Bashar is the god of Scavenger Lords, relic hunters, tomb robbers, those who seek to unearth the past and put it to use in the present.

In appearance Bashar has a rakish, dashing look, gilded eyepatch and cloak-like buff jacket covered in tool-laden belts and pouches making him the spitting image of a Scavenger Lord from a River Province children’s tale. Bashar is constantly in motion, flitting through offices and salons, between Creation and Yu Shan. He is one of the few gods who answer to multiple Divisions within the Bureau of Destiny, being found doing equal service in the Division of Journeys and the Division of Secrets, where he coordinates the movements of the many scavengers and relic hunters throughout Creation, and ensures that lost cities and artifacts either remain hidden or are discovered on schedule.

Bashar is generally considered an affable fellow, although he has a rivalry going on with Madame Marthesine... one that he, at least, believes to be a friendly one. The Daimyo of Lost Things has not voiced her opinion on the matter.
