An Outcaste Dragonblooded who served as an official of the Ministry of the Imperial Gardens in the Imperial City, charged with oversight of the Imperial Palace water systems. While on a vacation on the White Coast in RY763, Sea was killed in a duel with Ragara Jaqal over the affections of the concubine known as Lady Ebba, who fled in wake of the controversy.
