Ahbrem Mountains

A large mountain range on the Blessed Isle, jutting westward from the Dragon’s Nest Range. Between its peaks are several fertile valleys both great and small, home to villages and agricultural prefectures including Ayreon Prefecture. Rice, root vegetables, and Goats feed the local populace well, with surplus to trade on to traveling merchants or to satisfy the demands of the Humble And Honest Assessors Of The Imperial Tax.

Legends speak that the mountain range was once a Greater Elemental Dragon, now long slumbering, who cares deeply for the people nestled in his valleys, forever watching over them… despite the best efforts of the Immaculate Order, local peasants still sometimes offer the kindly dragon whispered prayers of gratitude.
