The Wave's Crest Eye is an aquamarine gemstone roughly the size of a human eye, its surface pattered with an outward spiral. It is of great use to those who find themselves needing to use their powers of observation with great speed, taking in their surroundings regardless of scope or distraction.
A character attuned to the Eye rolls Perception + Awareness at the start of each scene. The Storyteller then applies the result to anything the character might notice (details, new arrivals, others moving past using Stealth), even if the character is distracted or not actively attempting to observe (for example, informing the player if someone has begun watching them from an overlooking balcony as they dance at the soiree, etc).
