Young man, married to a Cathak senator, Cathak Kai-Deleth who is his senior by over two centuries. He is a bit of a sycophant towards his wife's House... this has not yet been a problem as House V'neef efforts to ally with House Cathak see their votes cast similarly, but his position should a bill bring the Houses into conflict is uncertain.
