Tepet Tilis Budria is an elder Senator of the House Tepet caucus in the Deliberative. Senator Budria is sometimes referred to as the 'Head Librarian' of her caucus, impeccably well-prepared for the debate and ready to pass notes of supporting facts to her fellow Senators, or to point out procedural violations as they approach the Deliberative floor.
