Nootaikok

Nootaikok is City Father of the Northern city of Gorot. In appearance, Nootaikok is a thin, pale young man in simple grey robes, completely without hair, his eyes deep and solid black. Whether he is mute or merely chooses silence is unknown, but no one has ever heard him speak. Instead, when he must communicate with gods or worshippers he does so by sending haunting, dreamlike images into their minds.
