Nellens Flaxenlocks is an unmarried mortal Dynast of House Nellens normally dwelling in the Palace of Plunging Cataracts but currently residing in the Imperial City, under care of Nellens Spolumbo as the House seeks marriage arrangements. She attended primary school at the Arjuf Foundational Collegium (RY756), and enjoys dancing and doting on her collection of pet Mountain Spinepigs.
