The Jewel of the Flying Heart is a sharp, triangular gem of blood-red hue. The air around its bearer’s hands seems to buoy their speed and harden against encroaching projectiles, allowing the bearer to swat them from the sky, but its true power comes when an artifact blade is used to channel its power: the blade slices through the air, striking at the foes before it and flashing like lightning to cut down the slings and arrows which bombard him, no matter how numerous they might be.
The bearer of the stone adds +1 to her Parry DV, and may parry ranged attacks while unarmed, without need for a stunt.
