Heroncrest Prefecture

Heroncrest Prefecture is an administrative division of the Blessed Isle, occupying a large river valley east of Arjuf Dominion, whose river waters flow west to join the Caracal River three days ride north of Yarrowstalk.

Heroncrest is a quiet prefecture, the walls of the valley lined with the distinctive caterpillar shapes of Tea plantations, some of which are the source of the highly-regarded Sky Between the Branches Tea.

The town of Heroncrest, a river port on the Caracal itself, is home to a small vineyard controlled by House V'neef, and is known to river travelers for the quality of local Floss Buns.
