A Gemstone of Synchronicity functions as described on page 89 of Oadenol’s Codex, with the exception that it grants a bonus to coordinated actions when the bearers work together (rather than just coordinated attacks), and the bonus is equal to the number of currently-attuned Gemstones Of Synchronicity from that manse.
