The Garden of Healing Waters is a small villa and surrounding grounds, located in the North Districts, known for the sense of tranquility it inspires. The koi pond at the center of the gardens, surrounded by a grove of Apricot trees, is said to have some curative properties.

The Garden is home to a number of Dynasts, who are participating in the Imperial Physicians' Collaborative sponsored by House Sesus, to whom rights to the Garden belong. While some of the neighbouring residents grumble at the presence of sorcerers outside the Seven Sages District, but the influence of House Sesus and the Collaborative has several other potent sponsors including the Domine of the Heptagram Ragara Bhagwei, Deliberative Senator Ledaal Hedifri, and the Benevolent Stewards of Health and Utility, has so far kept such complaints from moving into the realm of bureaucratic attack, .
