Playwright known for his flashy works that feature colourful explosions of essence. The more refined figures in the City art scene are not fond of his works, which tend towards simplicity and often cease making sense on close examination, but he is popular with common folk and Dynasts of less refined airs.
Regardless of opinion on his plays, few can deny that Bei is a masterful innovator when it comes to the design of new Charms, with many of the special effects that fill his plays being provided through essence-expenditures of his own creation.
