Alcohol is the most common drug in Creation, produced nearly everywhere through various processes from local grains, fruits, vegetables, milk, and sometimes even more exotic ingredients.
Alcohol is used in its purer forms to clean wounds, and even in beverages ensures that water is cleansed of lurking disease and illness, making it a necessity in the present age where few communities have easy access to purified water.
