Talk:Spider Orchid

A minor modification to the geography of the original Spider Orchid… where pollinating insects seem to be as common in Creation’s jungles as in reality, there is less need for a plant to spread pollen with piano wire root systems. In less-hospitable coniferous woodlands, there are less such insects… reason for a plant to seek such deadly means of attracting a different sort of bug, ones which feast on blood and carrion.

One could also say that the coniferous forests, whose god obsesses over the hunt, needs at least a few plants which hunt prey as well.
