The Eye of the First Goat functions as described on page 89 of Oadenol’s Codex, save that when placed in a blunt weapon it also eliminates any penalties to Athletics or DV from environments without stable footing, and grants its bearer +3 dice on rolls using their sense of taste while wielding the weapon.
