Wogura is the god of Moles, serving in the Celestial Bureaucracy’s Bureau of Nature as part of several commitees including the Committee of Mammals, the Committee of Night and Shadow, and the Office of Subterranean Beasts.

The Lord of the Underpaths (a grandiose and self-appointed title) resembles a massive creature of his purview, with huge claws of White Jade, clad in the silks due a Heavenly bureaucrat. Wogura is essentially blind, but extremely stubborn, his collleagues and superiors constantly pained by the poor penmanship of his reports... a fact which means they rarely bother reading them carefully, allowing Wogura to indulge in corruption and petty revenge unnoticed.

Though his personality is abrasive and unpleasant, Wogura is still sought out by gods who must deal with matters beneath the earth. He is known to have dug deep beneath Creation, some speak his claws may have bored the warrens in which the Primordials cast their unwanted creations, some that it was he who aided the Twilight Caste Solar Exalted of the Golden Age in their efforts to break through Creation and reach the Underworld. Wogura confesses to none of it, but of course does nothing to quash the tales. He is certainly known to spend time materialized in Creation to delve its underways, and is one of few gods in Heaven to still make frequent visits to the exiled Mountain Folk.
