Called By: Any Senator.

Requires: Requires: 50%+1 Majority.

Circumstances: Violation of a rule, regulation, or social norm.

Description: Can be called by any Senator, following normal procedures, naming a single individual, an incorporated group, or a family (including the Great Houses). The named party is accused of some violation or sin. The debate proceeds as normal, usually in similar fashion to a criminal trial, where the target's guilt or innocence is argued alongside the legitimacy of holding the action worthy of censure.

Censure has no actual consequences, but the shame and embarrassment can be sufficient to doom even a well-connected target.
