V'neef Dalyr

Formerly an Outcaste officer in the Imperial Legions, Dalyr was rewarded with a seat in the Lesser Chamber to mark his retirement. Upon adoption into House V'neef at its founding, he was elevated to the Greater Chamber. He provides a voice of experience to the hot-blooded Young Turks of the V'neef Caucus, and retains some connections to the Lesser Chamber, though his experience of war sees him opposing military action in favour of alternate approaches such as Guild-style economic pressure. For this, Dalyr has been accused of 'pacifism' and cowardice by senators of House Cathak and House Tepet.
