Forever True is a powerbow of blue jade, forged in the Shogunate Era. Though the bow’s strike is considered weak next to its peers, its essence is not meant to slay but to lead: it is said that when an arrow from Forever True strikes the leader of a hostile host, the army of the bearer feels its senses sharpened, its determination redoubled, its maneuvers flowing more ready and more easy so long as it continues its battle against that enemy general.

There is a tale some consider apocryphal, of a Shogunate daimyo bidding for the seat of the Shogun, who was struck by Forever True’s arrow. His subordinates, seeing the current Shogun’s armies resurgent, saved their effort from defeat by striking down their own lord where he stood… perishing in turn when they fell to squabbling over who would take the Shogun’s title.

Forever True is, in the present era, an artifact of House Ledaal, whose archeological efforts uncovered it amidst the ruins of the Scavenger Lands. It is currently in the panoply of Ledaal Martia.
