Mnemon Lotta is a Senator of House Mnemon's Deliberative caucus, elder sister of Mnemon Furusha and mother to a brood including Mnemon Tyrahal and Mnemon Gaumatan.
Her voting record in the Deliberative places her as a conservative and House loyalist, and she is known to be openly disparaging towards patricians and the common folk. She is devout in her Immaculate faith, though some point out that she is not always consistent.
