- The Charm can target any location the Exalt can describe, as noted. If the intended recipient is within (Essence x 5) miles of that location and is not in an airtight room, the message finds them. The message can carry a single normal Presence-based social attack as part of activating the Charm, but this attack can't be further augmented with Charms besides Presence Excellencies.

- The charm's user may target anywhere in Creation they can describe: if the location is out of range, the message fails to arrive. If the description matches two different locations it fails to arrive. If the description no longer accurately describes the location, if fails to arrive.

- The charm user must know the target personally.

- If the target is not within the noted distance of the target location, or if they are in a room closed to air flow, the message fails to arrive.

- The charm is fired 'blind'. There is no indication if the target received the message or if it failed to reach them.

- The charm message is whispered into the ear of the target. At this point, charms which allow listening in over currents of air may overhear the message.

- The charm may be used in Yu-shan, the Underworld, Malfeas, or Creation, but may not cross between those realms. Its utility in the Deep Wyld is unpredictable at best.
