A decadent, middle-aged Dynast, known for hosting large galas in the Imperial City. A patron of many young Dynasts seeking entry into the heart of Dynastic society, he is most famed for hosting the annual Gala of Spring Flowers.
Shen is a poet and painter, and was an actor in previous decades, though he has retired from active performances.
Shen attended primary school at the Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents.
