Mnemon Kartim is a Senator of the House Mnemon caucus in the Deliberative. His voting record is that of a House loyalist, though he was particularly vocal in support of cuts to logistics funding for the Imperial Legions and championed both the dissolution of the Efficient and Exemplary Manciples of the Martial Table and the Legion Control Act which saw the Great Houses take direct control of the Realm's military forces.
