Formerly an officer of the Imperial Legions, dismissed for an incident where he ordered his unit across the border into Port Calin in pursuit of bandits some years ago. Particularly brutal in his attitudes towards war, advocating genocide as a response to rebellion, and critical of the Dynasty as 'soft' and 'inattentive' on military matters, unwilling to go as far as is necessary to ensure victory.
