Five Harmonious Angles Style is said to be the second of the Three Perfected Styles of Calligraphy, a way of writing the characters of Old Realm set out by the Immaculate of Earth Pasiap in the text The Immaculate Brush.

The Style makes use of straight, blocky shapes, better suited to a stylus or chisel than a brush. It is thus the style favoured by sculptors and architects in the Realm, and those who must set Immaculate scripture in stone.

Though in the present day the Immaculate Order and Scarlet Dynasty hold that the Style was devised by Pasiap, in truth it was the work of the Solar Exalted during the First Age. The Order holds that examples of the Style in the texts of the Anathema are in fact examples of the Duplicitous Form Execration.
