The Larimar of the Familiar Face is a replacement and adaptation for the canonical Stone of Recognition, which was mechanically clunky and a little off in its causes & effects.
The name is also more accurate (see here for the look of a larimar gemstone.
The Larmiar's phrasing is itself a little awkward at present, may need another edit to clean up a little.
