One of the smithing secrets of Hell’s Heranhal demons, hepatizon is known as the ‘Livid Alloy’, a purple-blue metal formed from Bronze, Blood, and Bile melted in Hellish forges. Hepatizon is sometimes used as an Exotic Component in artifacts designed to inflict pain, such as weapons or torture implements, and seems as popular amongst the artificers of the Underworld as those of Hell.
