Cynis Kitara is an air-aspected Dragonblooded, and a Magistrate within the Imperial Magistracy. A beautiful woman, Kitara is the sister of Cynis Dythora, with whom she does not seem to get along. She attended primary school at the Academy for Cultivation of Youthful Talents.
Kitara has served in a number of cases as Magistrate, including leading the investigation into the assassination of Mnemon Bata and assessing accusations of piracy leveled against the crew of the Scarlet Empress' Revenge on its docking at Vatamu.
Kitara attended the Grand Salon of Ascendant Ever-Victorious Heroism on RY768 AW23.
