The Twice-Striking Lightning Prism functions as described on page 88 of Oadenol’s Codex. Note that, while a single Charm or spell can have effective Essence increased multiple times for a Willpower expenditure each time, a character’s effective Essence may never exceed 10 no matter how many times the bearer uses the power of this stone.
