Attune: 4m, or 1wp + age penalty (see WotLA). Compatible with Aegis-Inset Amulets.
Maintenance: Artifact 3, Repair 2.
Systems:
Decorations of Splendour: +1 to Social interactions with regular citizens, -1 to Stealth attempts to hide.
Sensory Augmentation Visor*: +2 Awareness; negates all penalties from darkness less than pitch black.
Exomuscular Fibers*: 2x ground speed. 1x/day per day, 3x ground speed for 1 min (reflexively activated).
Resiliency Augmentation*: +2 Resistance.
Vitality-Boosting Subsystems*: Regenerate 1lvl B dmg every 3 actions, or all lvls B dmg in 1 min out of combat.
Stabilizers*: +1 to Knockdown/back threshold, -1 Difficulty to rolls to avoid Knockdown/back, +2 to Athletics for purposes of Unstable Footing.
Energy Shield Bracers*: Generate shimmering energy shields over back of bracers.
