Where Resistance (Ability) covers a character's ability to overcome physical struggles, the Integrity ability covers overcoming mental ones. Integrity is also used to resist supernatural influence on the mind.
Integrity is in some ways akin to, but distinct from, the Virtue of Conviction (one's faith, strength of belief) and Willpower (one's determination and sense of self).
